WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE KIT?
Our kit includes months of well thought out, pre-planned activities with simple but detailed instructions. An activity for each of the 24 days that will come individually packaged and labeled. Our kit is unique because it includes tons of fun, holiday activities and treats for your child. We spend months brainstorming, designing and assembling these kits and it shows.
WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE ELF?
We have created a special listing in case you have more than one Elf. Purchasing an Additional Elf Kit will provide a 2nd set for another Elf (when applicable). Not all days will require another set up but purchasing this additional kit will ensure all Elves receive equal treatment.
WHAT IF I ORDERED A KIT A PREVIOUS YEAR? WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME ACTIVITIES?
All activities are completely different from all previous years. We work hard on making sure we continue to provide new holiday fun with our kits.
WHY ARE THE KITS NONREFUNDABLE?
We literally start planning and preparing for these kits in Dec the year prior to shipping. We buy items in bulk according to order fulfillment. One amazing thing about our kit is that some items are personalized with your child's name; however, this requires planning and sometimes early in the year.
We will have our first shipment before the 2nd week of November. If you pre-ordered anytime between Dec (prior year) to the first week of November, your order will be shipped (or porch delivered if you are local to Denton County) before the end of the 2nd week of November.
